Driving Specialties, your mobility resource leader, was founded in 1975, by Mr. Philip Niles. Over the years Driving Specialties grew from one shop in Vallejo to three, including Sacramento and Fresno.

Jill Biggs came on board with Driving Specialties in 1988, followed by her husband Ray in June of 1995. Jill has a strong background in customer service and Ray’s background is automotive, special fabrication and welding. Together, with some key employees they made a very successful team, being voted #1 in customer service over the last 10 years. All employees are certified and factory trained and attend courses to stay up to date on new equipment.

In October 2002, Ray and Jill purchased the Sacramento office. Their goals remain the same - to offer you the best in products, quality workmanship and customer service.
